Jeannette Sullivan, PhD

Jeannette Sullivan, Ph.D., is an award-winning professor who has coached, trained, and facilitated groups for over 20 years in Honolulu, Scottsdale, and southeast Florida. Dr. Sullivan’s research encompasses resilience, human flourishing, happiness, and well-being. She specializes in personality training using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and holds the Master Practitioner Credential.

Dr. Sullivan has presented for the Association for Psychological Type International, the International Positive Psychology Association, First Year Experience, the Association of Florida Colleges, the International Positive Education Network, and The Center for Jungian Studies of South Florida. She is a facilitator of the Exploring What Matters course for the London Based Action for Happiness and a THRIVE Pillar of Institutional Excellence Fellow.

Jeannette also conducts research and has presented on student success, human resilience, psychological type and happiness at several national and international conferences including the Association for Psychological Type International (APTi) and the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), First Year Experience, Teaching Academic Survival Skills (TASS), the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) and The Center for Jungian Studies of South Florida. Her research encompasses personality type and well-being as well as how type interfaces with resilience and happiness.

Dr. Sullivan works with individuals, groups, and couples specializing in personality profiles using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in career development, navigating difficult interpersonal relationships, communication and relationship coaching, team buiilding. Jeannette holds the Master Practitioner Credential. This credential serves those in the United States and Canada by achieving an advanced level of knowledge related to psychological type and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment.
